Exclusive, one-of-a-kind, track rental for the racing season.

The TRAVERS MANSION on North Broadway, the most prestigious address in Saratoga Springs, was built by William R. Travers, co-founder of the Saratoga Race Course where he served as its first President. The famed Travers Stakes, the mid-summer Derby, is named after the house’s original owner. The modern day titans of racing, the Phipps family, WinStar’s Kenny Trout, St. Elias stables’ owner, Peter Brant. and Courtlandt Farms’ Don Adams spend the entire race meet in their histoic mansions, known as ‘cottages’ on North Broadway. Never available to rent prior to now, the TRAVERS MANSION offers a one-of-a-kind experience for those seeking to enjoy Saratoga at its finest.
